HELP ME OUT IN FILLING MY PAN PL..................?

Hi My name is Manoj R K, where R(Ravindra Kumar) and K(Kuthnikar),How shall i give my name in PAN Online application.... All the proofs that i have ,contains Manoj R K... I tried to give it,but its not accepting the last name as K.... pl help me out asap
