How do I sleep (industrial piercing)?

I don't personally have an industrial, yet, but I've heard that you should try laying on the side that you don't have it on, and prop up your back with some sort of body pillow, to stop you from rolling over in your sleep. Just try different pillow configurations until you find something that's comfortable, and doesn't irritate your piercing.
