How expensive of a house can I afford?

I am applying for a promotion. Lets say I get the promotion. I will make $150,000 (Approx. per year before taxes). I can make a $50,000 down payment. How expensive of a house can I COMFORTABLY buy? I live in the Miami Metro area if that makes a difference. Type of business: banking. (Last two may be irrelevant)
