How much should i tip the maintenance guys in my building?

i just moved in and my a/c was not working. they installed a new one. there were 2 of them. also, one is coming tomorrow to fix caulking on the tub (not my fault) and a chip i caused in the bathtub while installing window shades. what are reasonable tips in nyc?? thanks!
