Is it partially a woman's fault if she dresses like a prostitute and is raped ?

I understand that a woman SHOULD be able to dress however she wants, hell she should be able to go outside naked, and still not get raped, but at the same time, a person SHOULD be able to buy a Mercedes Benz and park it while leaving all it's windows and doors open with the keys inside and not have it stolen, a person SHOULD be able to go to sleep with his house door open and not get murdered, but that's just not the way life works ! Shouldn't women try their best to combat rape by dressing modestly and not ENCOURAGING objectifying women and promoting rape by dressing scantily ?
