Money transfer from India to USA?

Hi, I am an indian citizen in USA on my H1B employment visa. My grandparents want to send some money to me (60K USD)from India to USA as a gift. This money is taxed in India. If I get this money transferred to USA, will it be taxed again in US? What are the means by which they can transfer the money to USA? Thanks - kumar
