Nomination Rights Saving Bank Account?

please,confirm first that whether your father has nominated only you.Some times a person nominate more than one.If the nomination is in single name ,bank can dispose of the balance to the nominee after taking necessary identity proof for its safe-guard. It issues banker's cheque in favour of nominee as per bank's record and take receipt from the nominee.there is no need to take signature from your brothers.but it is also clear that nominee in bank is not the ownerof the balance of the deceased.
