What is the weather like at this time of year in Germany/Eastern Europe?
I'll be traveling to St.Petersburg, Viennia, Berlin, Prauge, Budapest, and Helsinki for all of july! Im very exited! Should I bother packing pants? Or just shorts? Im from Canada so the weather isn't the warmest and I can comfortably wear shorts in +10C
