WTF did raina bring Vinay Kumar on instead of Ishant sharma?

I don't know why they are giving this A$shole Vinay kumar so many pushes. Why is he being given so many chances at the international level? Instead India should bring in,Ashok Dinda or Umesh Yadav or even Deepak Chahar.
