I don't smoke. I don't drink. I don't sneak out. I am to shy to even talk to guys my age let alone older ones. And never have I even thought about drugs. And my friend has always called me the braniac because I am always on the a honor roll and I love to read. So I decided I didn't want a friend who does all those bad habits. I told her this. And all freshman year I didn't talk to her. I had made new friends. We were all close. She made friends with another druggie (who also was the same girl who almost wrecked our friendship Many times) and started doing drugs. At the time thought my life was perfect. I had great friends and still on the A honor roll. Mean while my old best friend was doing drugs, screwing 21 year old guys, and going to juvie. Lately though I realize how miserable I am. My "amazing friends" barely ask me to hang out.. And I have no one to tell anything to.. I miss her so much.. And it's my fault she's not even my friend. After I stopped talking to her she tried so hard to be my friend. She begged and said shed changed but I said no. Horse size vs rider size?

So, talking more to the pony club mom who is coming to look at my mare - turns out she's not all that interested because she (horse) is "only" 15.3 hh, which is "much too small" for her 13 year old daughter who is "tall for her age"(is this kid the Jolly Green Giant?). She's really wanting my 16.2 hh gelding (who my husband decided not to sell after all - but I would have thought if anything she'd worry he'd be too big and strong for a 13 year old). I thought it might be a concern about ability to jump, but nope - she just says it is a "tiny" horse for such a tall girl who already had to sell her last "pony" because it was also small. So....am I out to lunch or is she REALLY not picturing the size of a 15.3 hh horse? I've always owned horses in about this height range, and my husband (who is 6'2") has always ridden them without looking or feeling ridiculous. Guitar mini amp power troubles?

I have a fairly new Honeytone mini amp, a cheap little thing that is surprisingly nice for $20 or however much it was. it can either run on battery power or have a 9v adapter, but recently the adapter option just stop working, and the weird thing is if i have it run on battery and then plug in the adapter it will shut off. its not the adapters fault either.

Many people wrongly assume that you must burn more calories than you eat in a day. This is incorrect. Your body requires those calories for other bodily functions. Your body uses energy (calories) even when you are resting. The key is to eat moderate amounts, and watch out for the junk food. Do not completely deprive yourself of those foods that enjoy though, because soon enough, you'll go on a binge...and empty your cupboards of everything. You still need to treat yourself...just not as often. As for working out, I try to do a mix of weightlifting and cardio. I'm not sure if my source is valid, but I read somewhere that weightlifting tears your muscles slightly, and when you're at rest, your body uses calories to repair them. So basically, the weightlifting will help you lose weight even when you're at rest. Kind of makes sense, since you do feel soreness after weightlifting. Anyway, as for cardio, 70-80 minutes really isn't necessary, unless you're not running on a high enough intensity. I do roughly 45 minutes of cardio most days: 30 mins on exercise bike, approx. 10 mins on elliptical machine, and about 5 mins are rowing machine. This usually amounts to an estimated (by the machines) 600 calories. These 45 minutes are fairly intense, though, with my heartrate climbing to about 180 beats per minutes, sometimes 190. High intensity workouts work the best. Although, I'm not sure if my heartrate getting that high is safe...doesn't stop me, though. Now, I don't work out like this every day, just most days. So, don't keep tabs on every single thing you eat, because that will annoy you after a while. You have to create a whole new mindset. You have to start eating right without having to think about it. It's the same idea of eating how you used to. When you ate unhealthy, were you really thinking much about it? Well, now you're going to have to start eating healthy without being conscious of it every second of your day. After all of this, you may wonder why you should take my advice. Well, I've lost a little over 35 pounds after almost 4 months of this new lifestyle, and I'm pleased with the way I eat...I don't feel deprived, and I definitely DON'T count calories. You're a very rare kind of bass, not everyone has this voice. You're just a note away from the lowest note sung ever which is C1. You're -again- definately NOT a baritone, because baritones CANT go that low, and their comfort range is up to Db4 or D4.

Ok I would like honest answers. My sister is seriously psycho, if things don't go her way she will start talking so much **** and doing so many things to purposefully hurt you. Tonight was like the straw that broke the camels back. She gets more psycho like this when she drinks. She is 32 years old and I am 29. So I gave in and was trying to be nice and go out with her for her birthday, dancing and drinks. When I saw that I told her I wanted to leave, she seemed fine with it then, I guess because she had a guy to keep her company, and I told her when she wants to come home, to call me and I'll open the door. So, I leave, meet up with Aaron (my ex) and then 15 minutes later, she calls me and says the guy is dropping her off because he doesn't have his own place, to go have sex. I told her where I was so he could drop off there and then we would drive home. So they get there and are making out for like 10 minutes in the car, way gross, and then she gets out of the car and just starts bashing Aaron and I. She tells Aaron the party he went to last night seemed a bit gay and lame. Started saying how our state and city sucks and hers is a lot better (she lives in NYC), stating how she hates her family and that we are so selfish and stuck up, that she hates our mother, that she never wants to talk to us again, then she says she's going to call my boyfriend and tell him I'm cheating on him and I am hanging out with Aaron (my ex), that I'm crazy because I stab myself (I had a past history with cutting and attempting suicide), and she was making negative comments that I have issues because I like to stab myself and I want to kill myself by overdosing on pills, cutting myself and such. She just kept going on and on, bashing me, my family, and Aaron. I was in shock, then we were driving home I told her, her behavior is inappropriate and she gets more mad and telling me I'm a horrible person for hanging out with my ex, that she's going to call my boyfriend and tell him all this horrible **** about me and that I am a cheater (I am not, I made one mistake and admitted it), that she hopes one I day I do kill myself, and that she doesn't give a **** about me. This is someone who I've bent over backwards to be there for her. How should I handle this, I don't want her ruining my relationship with my boyfriend of 4 months, I don't want her ruining my relationships with my new friends or people I know. She is an embarrassment and I am scared of the damage she can cause because of her psychoness. What do you think, how should I handle this?

I am fixing to turn 18, I was stupid and had sex one time. It has almost been 3 months and I'm still having a period, its not heavy but not light. What are these tiny green bugs that are all over my windows and doors?

I live in the Belmar, NJ area near the ocean. We have had unusual weather lately from humid, to thunderstorms, to heat waves, to downpours. Tonight I was about to go on my deck in the back and when I turned the back porch light on as I opened the door it felt as if I walked into a tornado of flying bugs. I screamed ran inside and noticed they were all over my glass door (it was dark I didn't see them in the beginning), hundreds of them on my awning, door and flying by the light. They are very small, I want to estimate 3 centimeters at the most, lime green yellowish color. Some i saw were a chocolate brown even. i ran to the front door, i wanted to get my handy man neighbor next door to kill them. I have a front door, and a glass storm door. When I opened the front door I turned on the outside light they were all over that door too. I noticed as lights go on, they get frantic trying to get to the light. I walked around my house they are on all my windows, my bedroom window has a small rip in the screen so they are waiting behind the glass to come in. I sleep with my window open I don't have my central air hooked up yet. I cant open my windows or they will fly inside. One bit me, and it didnt exactly hurt but it felt like a pin prick and it was really annoying. I have a baby here. Does anyonw know what I can do to get them away from atleast my windows so I can sleep comfortably tonight. Peugeot 206 Engine immobilizer fault?

I have a Peugeot 206 sport 1.4 litre petrol 2006 model. Today I try to start my car and it shows up Engine Immobilizer fault. The car just turns when try to start up but will not fire up. Now it says Economy mode active. I have tried re syncing fobs - they are all OK - I've tried all my 3 keys. ( all lights etc all work ok just cant power the car up with key because of this stupid error) I am going to disconnect the battery for half hour and see what happens after that . - But any suggestions on the fix for this problem.

Reversing my adoption but am already 19 years old?

When i was 7 years old both of my parents died in a hot air balloon accident. I was living with my grandmother at the time and my aunt and uncle wanted custody of me so they went to court..my grandma lost and i was adopted by my aunt and uncle. My aunt and uncle got divorced when i was 18 and i live with my uncle but had to endure emotional torture from my aunt up until that point for about 12 years. My point is although she has no control over me anymore i have had it with her and i want to remove her from my life completely...if i could erase her from my memory i would but i can't. I ran Windows 7 Ultimate with 1gb ram and a 2.6ghz Celeron D just fine before. Of course a Pentium 4 is better. If yours is anything under a celeron, I'd say upgrade. Otherwise don't waste your time. But seeing as you had XP previously, I can only guess you have a P4. Look up peoples computers running ultimate on your specific processor and ram for a close estimate of what you should get. (p.s those system requirements are off sometimes)

I was driving in three lane traffic on the highway,I was the third car.The first car had stopped in the lane of taffic to use his cell phone,causing car two to hit him and the guard rail and me to hit car two. Car accident with no insurance?

I was stopped at a red light behind two cars. Both cars started to go and so did I the next thing I knew I had hit the car in front of me. The car in front of me hit the car in front of him. We all pulled over my car isn’t to bad but I drive a suburban, the car in front of me was a smaller car so his looked a little worse. Nobody was hurt, and all cars were drivable, so we decided to not call the police we just all exchanged information. After we had finished and they left I immediately called my insurance lady to let her know what happened. I am not super clear on this next part, we have been going back and forth with our insurance since that call and will continue to fight it. When I called the insurance lady she said I wasn’t covered. She said that they had received the last payment much later than it was due (not sure how because it was mailed the same time as always) but because of that our insurance had been cancelled. A couple of weeks ago they had chased our check, she said we were reinstated as of yesterday (the day of the accident) but because it was the same day they weren’t liable to pay the damages. We are going to keep fighting them because I don’t think its fair. I have issues concerning my appearance?

A question about faith...?

To make a long story short, I've always done way too much for other people and let other people dictate to me what I was going to do with my life and how I was going to live it. That has left me nowhere. I relied on my daughter's father to be a "father" but because I didn't do things his way, he would stop taking her so I couldn't work, and had to quit. That is my fault for trusting in someone, and now I know this, and will make sure going forward, that I do not rely on him. HOWEVER, it's all lead up to me being unemployed, living with emotionally abusive parents (the reason I've been living to always get the "approval" from others rather than myself) and unable to find work. I ask the questions about faith because I'm a believer but I still don't understand fully I guess. I've had faith for months that I would find work, and things will start to get better. Yes, every now and then I get a little stressed because I have bills to pay too, and my money is running out. I have faith that God will open doors, but when? Stupid question? Probably, but at what point does something give? It's been 3 entire months! I feel like I'm missing something here....because I don't understand one drop of it. My friends say they would never go to Vegas with me and never stand near me in a thunderstorm, if that gives you any idea of how things work in my favour. Help!

2003 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R Seat height?

I am about to buy a 03 Ninja ZX-6R for my first bike but im a little worried about the height. I am 5'9" and im not 100 percent sure how comfortably ill be able to sit on the bike.
